240 vehicles caught speeding

Knutford Police are supporting an operation aimed at addressing the Fatal 5 and reducing criminality on the roads.

The policing operation focuses on the five key factors that contribute to the majority of serious and fatal road collisions: speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, distracted driving, not wearing seatbelts, and careless driving.

In the past 4 weeks local officers have caught 240 vehicles driving over the speed limit!

This is a reminder to not exceed the speed limit or you will recieve a letter through the post.
